Doncaster Racecourse is opening its doors for an evening of quality racing on Thursday 14th July and is inviting residents from across the region to come and enjoy the experience for free!

“Whether you regularly enjoy the spectacle horse racing offers or have never been before, we are inviting one and all to come and have fun whilst watching a full card of quality flat racing,” said Abby Chandler Marketing Manager Doncaster Racecourse.

“This free race night gives visitors a chance to while away the summer evening in a beautiful location whilst enjoying the delights horse racing offers with family or friends. Visitors also have the option of being able to experience either the Grandstand, County or Premier enclosures for just a small upgrade fee,” continued Abby.

All visitors will receive free entry into the family enclosure at the Frenchgate Free Summer Race Evening on 14th July. Alternatively, tickets for the Grandstand, County or Premier enclosures can be purchased at a discounted rate of £5, £10, and £15 respectively.

In addition, to the Frenchgate Race Evening, Doncaster Racecourse will also host a Mid-Summer Festival Race Evening on 21st July where all area tickets will cost just £10 (children up to 18 go free). Not only will visitors be entertained by mesmerising quality horse racing but there will also be a roving music band and an opportunity to win prizes every hour during the evening.

“Our mid-summer race evening is yet another opportunity for people to get out and enjoy the warm nights. We will have a fantastic roving music band who can literally pop up anywhere and some great prizes to give away each hour such as a bottle of Pommery Champagne, tickets for Simply Red and Leger festival tickets for our popular Ladies and Gentlemen’s Days,” said Abby.
